Our support worker assist the individual on a one on one capacity, providing care in different settings such as in their homes, in their communities, to reach their goal, in long term care facilities and group homes. Our staff assist the individual with all aspect of care including personal care, such a feeding, G-Tube support ( after training) Medication administration, community engagement and all the individual would require.
