Adult Day Program / coming soon!!! 

The Aja support adult day program is a place that provides a  warm and inviting atmosphere for people of all disabilities  to gather and socialize. our program offers stimulating activities that add variety and interest to every new day while providing supervision and individual attention in a safe, and comfortable environment. The combination of an enjoyable atmosphere and supervision promotes the health and independence of the adult in our program.

OUR PROGRAM provides:

  • stimulating activities including exercise, music, games and entertainment 
  • specialized programs for those with parkinson's disease, stroke, Alzheimer's developmental disabilities and brain injury . 
  • flexibilities and devotions to providing and necessary specialized care.  
  • Runs from Monday-Friday from 9:30am- 3:30pm  

Respite 

Our program provides respite services/ day support for individuals in need of a place for recreational activities as well as a stimulating environment.

To get started a member of our team does an intake to see the needs of the client as well as to determine any accommodation that might be needed . Spaces are limited to a maximum of 30 applicants and those who are not able to meet with the current date can register for the following periods and have a temporary respite provider from the agency 

program registration periods 

The program has registration periods for those who might not need our services all year round but are able to do a session of 8 weeks. All program has an 8week registration period and you can register for year round as well 

Current programs are running from 

June 19th-August 19th - registration still open 

August 20th-October 20th

October 20th- December 20th. payments upfront prior to program start date. 

* Two drop in session a month

rate: $40 per day all payments to be made to payroll@ajasupportservices.com

program criteria 

Our program accepts adults with dual diagnosis, as well as mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. 

  • age of 18 or over 
  • diagnoses with a physical or mental impairment
  • not aggressive or abusive ( if they are one-on-one service will need to be added to the fee for specialized care 
  • in need of daily supervisions and may require some level of personal care.
  • acceptance is based on an individual basis or special cases 

Our program 

provides staffed professionals with experiences in dealing with special needs adult, the program provides a wide range of services.

  • safe, comfortable and secure environment 
  • spacious  recreational church facility, entertainment room, open space, gym facilities 
  • medication reminders 
  • personal and incontinence care.

 


our care givers

our staff is specifically trained in caring for patients with autism, dementia, Parkinsons, aphasia ,Cerebral Palsy, MS ( non wheel chair bond). our staff range from board registered nurses , social workers, DSW as well as PSW.
